Morning Monday- Friday
8am until 9am- Wake up and have breakfast
9am until 10am- Travel to school, construction work or other
10am until 12pm- Engage in activities
Afternoon
12pm until 1pm- Lunch time
1pm until 2pm- Engage in activities
2pm until 4pm- Free time
Evenings
4pm until 6pm Activities such as outreach, visiting local orphanages or after school clubs. This may not be every day.
Weekends / Free Time
Weekend Trips and Free time
- Cape coast - Canopy walk , historic slavery castle
- Accra - Independence square , visit to first president of Ghana office
- Eastern region - Water falls
- Local trips to Abetifi Stone age park and local water falls
- Local Swimming pools
- Restaurants and Bars
