Teaching

Vocational skills classes

Vocational skills classes

If you're looking to contribute to a meaningful cause, teaching at our School in Ghana is a wonderful opportunity. You can make a difference by sharing your skills and knowledge with local students in subjects like English, Maths, or life skills.

Whether you’re passionate about teaching young children, or adults, your involvement will have a lasting impact on the community, fostering education, empowerment, and growth.

Helping children develop vocational skills is a great way to empower them for the future. By helping teach practical trades such as carpentry, sewing, basic computer skills, bead making, hair braiding and cooking you can provide children with the tools they need to succeed in life. These skills offer valuable opportunities for self-employment, entrepreneurship, or finding stable jobs.

Your involvement can inspire creativity, build confidence, and open doors for children to thrive in their communities and beyond. Investing in vocational training today can lead to a brighter, more sustainable future for these young learners.

Construction work

Volunteering for construction work with a local mason is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community. Recently, we successfully built a home for one of our children who lost everything in a devastating fire, and we have more plans for future construction projects. One of our key initiatives is to build a protective wall around our school to ensure the safety of our students and provide a secure environment for learning.

By volunteering your skills or offering support, you can directly contribute to these important projects, helping to rebuild lives and strengthen the infrastructure of our community. Your effort and expertise would play a vital role in shaping a safer and more sustainable future for the children and families we serve.

Volunteering to run or support after school clubs is a fantastic way to engage with children and help them grow outside of regular classroom hours. After school programmes provide a safe and enriching environment where children can explore new interests, develop skills, and build confidence.

Whether it’s through arts and crafts, sports, music, or academic enrichment, these activities offer valuable opportunities for personal growth and social interaction.

Outreach

Outreach

Volunteering for outreach programmes is a meaningful way to directly engage with and support communities in need. Whether through distributing food, providing resources, or offering educational services, outreach allows you to connect with individuals who may be facing challenging circumstances. By reaching out to vulnerable communities, you can provide essential assistance, raise awareness about important issues, and empower people to access services that can improve their lives.

Your efforts can help create stronger, more resilient communities, ensuring that no one is overlooked and that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
