Prices for volunteers

Registration fee

At our volunteer agency, we require a £40 registration fee, which is valid for one year of volunteering. This fee helps secure your place on our team and covers ongoing support, including personalised guidance, fundraising advice, and access to resources to help you succeed in your volunteering journey.

Additionally, you will receive our "Empowering All Abilities Volunteer Guide", designed to provide you with the tools and confidence to make a meaningful impact. We’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Once your application has been submitted our team will be in touch within 72 hours to advise you of the outcome.

Weekly Costs

For our volunteers in Ghana, the cost is £60 per week for the first four weeks. After that, the rate reduces to £55 per week. We have a minimum stay of 2 weeks, and there is no maximum stay.

For those planning to stay longer, we can work with you to offer a tailored pricing arrangement—please let us know the duration of your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your budget.

Please note that the £40 registration fee is separate and is not deducted from the final balance. This fee secures your place on the team. The full balance must be paid at least one month before your travel date. If you have any questions or need assistance with costs, feel free to reach out to the team.

The Accommodation

Our volunteer house is a comfortable 5-bedroom shared accommodation, located in Nkawkaw, Kwahu West, Eastern Region.

It features both front and back gardens, providing a peaceful, enclosed outdoor area to relax in. The house includes a porch and verandas, perfect for enjoying the sun.

Inside, you'll find a shared living area where you can unwind, as well as a fully functional kitchen equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. The house has running water to both taps and showers, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

Private rooms are also available upon request for an additional fee, offering more personal space if desired.
